• 4.1 Acquistando una carta regalo, questa verrà inviata in formato digitale all'indirizzo email specificato. La carta regalo viene attivata immediatamente e può essere utilizzata come metodo di pagamento al momento del pagamento inserendo il codice univoco della carta.
• 4.2 Le nostre carte regalo sono valide per 12 mesi dall'attivazione. L'attivazione avviene immediatamente al momento dell'acquisto.
• 4.3 Non è possibile acquistare una carta regalo e altri prodotti fisici nello stesso ordine.

• 5.1 Attualmente offriamo la consegna in Svezia.
• 5.2 I tempi di consegna sono in genere di 2-5 giorni lavorativi dalla conferma dell'ordine.

• 7.1 If your item is damaged or defective you must submit a complaint within 5 days of receiving the item.
• 7.2 We recommend that you inspect the products upon receipt and report any damage to the packaging directly to the carrier or pickup point noting the damage on the shipping documents.
• 7.3 For all types of complaints you must first contact us for further instructions and discussion on how your complaint will be handled.

• 8.1 We are not responsible for delivery delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• 8.2 We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the product.
