Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

• 1.1 As a consumer you do not have the right to withdraw your purchase of posters and gift cards on www.locationposter.com.
• 1.2 In accordance with the Distance Selling Act Chapter 2 Section 11 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have a clear personal touch are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
• 1.3 Purchased gift cards are delivered immediately in digital form via e-mail and therefore right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards.
• 1.4 It is important that you carefully review and ensure your purchase before completing your order.

2. Complaints

• 2.1 If your item is damaged or defective you must submit a complaint within 5 days of receiving the item.
• 2.2 We recommend that you inspect the products upon receipt and report any damage to the packaging directly to the carrier or pickup point noting the damage on the shipping documents.
• 2.3 For all types of complaints you must first contact us for further instructions and discussion on how your complaint will be handled.

3. Refunds

• 3.1 If a return is approved according to applicable terms the amount you paid for the product including any shipping costs will be refunded.
• 3.2 The refund will be processed within 14 days from the confirmation that the complaint has been approved.
• 3.3 The refund will be issued using the same payment method as was used for the purchase.
