4. Gift cards
- 4.1 When purchasing a gift card it will be delivered digitally to the specified email address. The gift card is activated immediately and can be used as a payment method at checkout by entering the unique gift card code.
- 4.2 Our gift cards are valid for 12 months after activation. Activation occurs immediately at the time of purchase.
- 4.3 It is not possible to purchase a gift card and other physical products in the same order.
5. Delivery
- 5.1 We currently offer delivery to Sweden.
- 5.2 The delivery time is typically 2–5 business days from the confirmation of the order.

6. Right of withdrawal
- 6.1 As a consumer you do not have the right to withdraw your purchase of posters and gift cards on www.locationposter.com.
- 6.2 In accordance with the Distance Selling Act Chapter 2 Section 11 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have a clear personal touch are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
- 6.3 Purchased gift cards are delivered immediately in digital form via e-mail and therefore right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards.

7. Complaints
- 7.1 If your item is damaged or defective you must submit a complaint within 5 days of receiving the item.
- 7.2 We recommend that you inspect the products upon receipt and report any damage to the packaging directly to the carrier or pickup point noting the damage on the shipping documents.
- 7.3 For all types of complaints you must first contact us for further instructions and discussion on how your complaint will be handled.
8. Liability
- 8.1 We are not responsible for delivery delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
